The Supriyasârthavâhajâtaka

Edited with an introduction by Ratna Handurukande. The text of the Supriyasârthavâha-jâtaka presented in this publication is based on seven manuscripts found in Kyoto and Tokyo. A study of the variant readings of the seven manuscripts recorded in the notes to this edition of the text indicates that all the manuscripts are copies of a common archetype. That this archetype was not the original can be suggested on account of several erroneous readings contained in all the manuscripts. 105 Seiten, broschiert (Indica et Tibetica.
